This years Dragons' Den Event took place on 2nd and 3rd March and was kindly hosted by Ernst and Young at their offices in Barbirolli Square, Manchester.

With 18 Teams registered over the two days it proved to be another popular and useful way for Company Programme participants to prepare for the finals.

We had 5 dragons interrogating the teams and deliberating the outcomes each day, and they were all very impressed by the standard of the presentations and the ability of the companies to answer some exceptionally tough questions!

Some of the companies and the presentations made were of an exceptionally professional standard, which is very exciting as the finals are on the horizon.

After much debate the results of the Dragons Den were as follows:
1st Place Theta Bury Grammar School Boys (Bury)
2nd Place SOS Withington High School for Girls (Manchester)
3rd Place STAR Fairfield High School for Girls (Tameside)
Highly Commended Oldham 6th Form (Oldham)
